Michelle joined Elevate Financial Aotearoa in 2021. She specialises in Risk Insurance and KiwiSaver.

Her focus is working with clients throughout their life’s financial journey, helping them reach their financial goals.

She commenced working in the Financial Industry in 2000 and continued to study, completing her NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 to become a qualified Financial Adviser in 2020.

Manager/Compliance Officer

Lynn joined Elevate Financial Aotearoa in 2001 after 11 years in the Health Sector.

Her attention to detail and communication skills allows her to keep staff and advisers fully informed and up to date.

Lynn oversees the day to day running of the company, compliance, structures, processes, finances and employment of administrative and advisor support staff.

She is committed to ensure each client receives the highest level of service to meet their individual needs and requests.

Personal Assistant

Holly joined Elevate Financial Aotearoa in 2017, as a Personal Assistant.

Clients first point of contact is usually with Holly. Her role is vital to our teams success and clients having a positive interaction with Elevate Financial Aotearoa.

She is diligent and provides a high level of support to our Advisors.

She enjoys the industry and decided in 2021 to commence study towards “NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5” which she completed in 2022.
